Below the Line is a Chicago startup leading the conversation on effective methods of narrowing the wealth gap in the Food & Beverage Packaging/Processing Industry. Founded by Jill Miller and Chad Ware, it aims to be the organization that moves workers of color from economic survival to sustainable prosperity by advising owners on Responsible Exit through conversion to Employee Ownership. Below The Line’s goal is one of a better world where people are treated equally and opportunities exist for every individual, and this is something that we support wholeheartedly. We had the pleasure of travelling to Chicago to produce the first batch of digital media content to help establish BTL’s brand.
